How do digital templates work?
You will receive an email from Lifetime events Studio with a link to access your template. Please check your spam folder. In case you cannot find the email you can also log in with your order number.
Edit the template according to your individual needs, save your work, and download it in PDF format.
Print your template anywhere you want.
What is Canva?
Canva is as a graphic design platform tool that allows you to personalize your designs immediately after purchase. It offers several advantages, including:
- High-quality downloads
- Instant access to items.
No need to download any external software or fonts.
Easy-to-use online tool.
What can be edited?
You can edit every aspects of your templates, including:
- Text (wording, font, color, size, and placement)
- Add, duplicate, scale up and down text
- Edit background color or add new backgrounds
- Upload your personal images
- Add a back side.
What cannot be edited?
There are some limitations to what you can edit with Canva, including:
- The color of some design if they aren’t in SVG editable format (the information is always stated on the item before pruchase).
- The size and orientation of your template. If you need these to be changed, please contact us for assistance.
Can I try the template Before purchase?
Unlike platforms such as Corjl, Templett or JetTemplate, Canva doesn’t offer a try-before-you-buy option.
However, a demo link is systematically added to our item so that you can explore it in detail.
The details are also included on each product description, so you know what each template contains and which elements can be modified.
How to access templates after purchase via this website?
After your purchase, you will receive an email from the website. This email will contain a direct link to access your template in Canva.
I only trust known platforms to buy templates, Is there another way?
Yes, you can buy templates from the site via Etsy. An Etsy link for each template is included in the item description.
Please note, however, that the site is secure and continuously updated to ensure the security of your data and transactions.
Edit
Can I edit my digital template on a mobile phone?
Yes, you can edit your digital template on a mobile phone, but we highly recommend using a computer for the best editing experience.
The interface on a computer is larger and easier to navigate, and you’ll have access to all the great features that the editing platform Canva has to offer.
How to edit text?
- Find the text you want to edit: Simply click on the text you want to change.
- Access the text editing options: Once you’ve clicked on the text, a text box will appear at the top, allowing you to make changes.
- Delete unwanted text: If you only need to make a few minor changes, you can simply delete the unwanted text and insert your own.
- Change text formatting: Take a closer look at the tool bar and you’ll see that you have many more options for changing the text. For example, you can change the font, size, and color, or adjust the line height, character spacing, and text alignment.
- Use the “Effects” button: If you need even more options for formatting your text. This will open up additional options such as shadows, strokes, rotations, and more.
- Use the character map: If you need to add special characters like swooshes or French letters to your text, simply open the character map on window, search the font and select the character you want to insert, click “Copy,” go back on Canva and paste it into your text using CMD+V (Mac) or STRG+V (Windows)
How to add custom photos?
- If you want to replace photos in your template using your own, simply click on the image, On the right sidebar, just go to the “uploads” menu, select “Upload files”.
- Once uploaded, you just have to drag your own picture from the sidebar and drop it on the picture you want to replace.
How to change the color of design elements?
We try to use and create SVG elements as often as possible in our templates.
It allow you to have the option to change the color of specific design elements.
To do this:
- Select the design element you want to change
- On the edit tool bar at the top of Canva’s screen, click on the colored dot.
- Color pickers will appear and you can adjust the color as desired, either by sliding the pickers or by entering a specific HEX code.
Note: When the elements aren’t color editable, it’s always specified in the template description.

How to add and delete pages?
Adding or deleting pages in your design is easy !
Simply look for the icons located at the bottom of the canvas “+” to add a page.
Then either click on the 3 dots and choose “delete page” or make a right-click on the page you want to delete and follow the same path.
Download
Does my template expire & is there a download limit?
No, template access in Canva doesn’t expires and there is no limited downloads!
How to download the finished edited template?
Press the “share” button at the top in the left sidebar, a separate pop up window will appear. Choose “download”. The next setting show the file format PDF, PNG, JPEG. (We recommend you to choose “PDF for print” for a best quality).
You’ll see several options.
We recommend to tick the box “Crop & Bleed“ this will add some extra space around the edges and make it easier to cut afterwards.
Then you just need to press the button to download.
How to download invitations to send via phone
If you purchased invitation with mobile version included to be able to send via text, WhatsApp, Signal, Messenger or any other chat app, you just need to:
- Use the template that is made for phones (size will be 1080x1920px)
- Follow all steps on how to edit your template explained above in the FAQ and save all changes
- Click on the “share” button at the top in the left sidebar and then choose “download”
- Choose “JPG” or “PNG and click “Download”.
Can I print my template at home?
Yes, it’s more affordable than having your invitations printed by a professional printer.
However, we would NOT recommend printing at home if :
- front and backside need to align exactly
- you want to print full color with bleed
- you want to print photos
We do recommend doing test prints before printing in bulk. Due to the nature of Digital (RGB Colors) versus Printing (CMYK Colors), slight color variation may occur based on the calibration of your monitor.
can you recommend a professional printer?
If you’re considering a professional printer, we recommend Prints of Love which is affordable and purfect for small budgets
They’ll print items in a wide range of sizes and orientations, so all of your wedding details, from invitations to RSVP cards to menus and thank you cards, can be ordered from their interface.
Prints of Love also has customizations like rounded edges, and you can upgrade your order to dreamy linen paper for a bit more per print.
For u.s. residents the shipping 2-3 day is free.
For international orders, additional shipping charges will apply, You may prefer to use a local printer to reduce costs.
Free basic envelopes are included free of charge with your orders.
Can you recommend paper for wedding stationery?
We recommend printing on high-quality stock paper. Select a stock of at least 100 lb or more.
